Coach Beth Leasure has developed young talent for decades into National Champions, World Class competitors, Professional contracts, and confident, educated, well-adjusted humans. Beth’s specializes in Elite Development, working with a few juniors and their families through the tumultuous teens into the senior ranks and U23 categories. She is an accomplished Masters National Champion and Worlds podium finisher. Beth’s accreditations include USA Cycling Coach Advanced with distinguished accreditation, UCI credentials, an MS in Physiology, international racing experience, and a heart for helping strong girls in their commitment to becoming cycling champions and world class women. Beyond her commitment to women’s cycling, she works with individuals and teams via training plans, consultations, and clinics. She has even developed collegiates into contracts in men’s pro cycling. Beth’s approach is direct and realistic. We match your ability with reality and make a plan for achieving your unique potential.
